So back to work I am and 6 weeks into a challenging class in a new state, we are being reviewed!

To maintain and improve our effectiveness as teachers, it is important to know the students. Our constructive, immediate feedback on a daily basis is important.

Peer observation by teachers can give teachers constructive feedback in how they can improve learning in their classroom.

Student and feedback is an important part of the process.
